Free Introductory Class

 The intro class is a one-time 20 min class outlining the basics governing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu theory. This class serves as a preparatory class to those interested in seriously enrolling at the academy and training at least twice a week in our beginner "Blue B" program. Intro class times available for walk-ins. Our introductory classes are offered everyday to fit the busiest of schedules.

Intro classes run Monday - Friday and start sharply @  6:00pm

Enrollees should show up at least 15 min prior to intro class time with athletic wear (ie shorts or sweatpants and shirt).

To attend a trial lesson you can simply come to the above scheduled times. If you are unable to attend these times please email: besafe@caiquejiujitsu.com or call the academy at 310.929-0834. Please write : “INTRO” at the beginning of your message followed by the date and time you would like to come. Please also leave a contact number. For cost information you must come in and speak with one of our program directors in person (Pedro,Thomaz or Andre)
