“My name is Pierre I used to weigh 325lbs. I accepted the fact to lose weight I was going to have to work out all the praying and couch curls I was doing, wasn’t working. Last may I decided to make a change I looked into a few things. My kids have been training bjj for a while now and I found myself at the academy 4 days out the week so I tried the free week trail, I was hooked from the beginning. In the first month I made it a plan to attend at least 4 classes a week. In that first month I dropped 30 lbs. I also added fish, green veggies, to my diet. Yes added food to my diet! Well now it has been 5 months later and I only weigh 255lbs (70lbs lost). I know 255lbs is still very heavy and possible health risks, Right? Had my blood work done last week and the results are, my cholesterol has gone down so far low that, well,  it’s never been that low. I’m no longer in serious danger of diabetes, my stamina is up, and I also feel the muscle and strength gain. I don’t feel tired anymore when I play with my kids. All in all I love the program and it works, “you just have to hate being unhappy more than you like being happy” to make the change. I also love how master Caique, Pedro, and the staff treat me and my kids it’s like a family, once you start and you meet people and make new friends you forget you’re working out at all.  Thank you Master Caique for everything and for making my bjj experience so awesome that I even wrote this!”
